Mill Valley Elementary School District's schools enrolled 2,364 students in the 2022-23 school year, 1.9% less than the previous year, according to the California Department of Education.

Of all the students welcomed in the 2022-23 school year, 51.8% of them were boys, and 48.1% were girls.

Data also showed that most of the students were white, making up 72.6% of the Mill Valley Elementary School District's total enrollment.
