April: San Anselmo experienced a 49.2% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in April in San Anselmo rose by $775,000 while total sales decreased by 20.8 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $2,350,000 - a 49.2 percent increase over the $1,575,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 24 homes sold in San Anselmo in April 2021.
