Home prices decreased in Mill Valley during April

The median sale price of a home sold in April in Mill Valley fell by $345,000 while total sales decreased by five percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $2,425,000 - a 12.5 percent decrease from the $2,770,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Mill Valley in April 2021.
