Tiburon home prices rose in April

The median sale price of a home sold in April in Tiburon rose by $1,095,000 while total sales decreased by 40 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $4,525,000 - a 31.9 percent increase over the $3,430,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Tiburon in April 2021.

The median sales tax in Tiburon for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $15,049, approximately 0.3 percent of the median home sale price for April.
