Of the 4,820 people living in Phoenix Lake CDP in 2020, 50 percent (2,412) were women and 50 percent (2,408) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Marin Leader.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 66. In the 65 and over age range, there were 754 females and 560 males.
