The three bedroom, two bathroom home at 2 Lagoon Road, Belvedere was sold on March 18 by Gould Whittlesey Ingram (trustee), Edward Carter Ingram (trustee), Josephine Carter Duff (revocable living trust) and Edward Carter Ingra (trustee) for $3,500,000. The buyers were Joseph L. and Kimberly A. Root.

In 2019, the property tax paid for this property was $8,195.08, which is 0.23% of the sale price of the home.

So far in March 2021, this is the only property that sold in Belvedere as of this publication.
