Of the 254 people living in Dillon Beach CDP in 2019, 57.9 percent (147) were women and 42.1 percent (107) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Marin Leader.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 71-to-59. In the 65 and over age range, there were 29 females and eight males.
