Of the 1,097 people living in Inverness CDP in 2019, 60.5 percent (664) were women and 39.5 percent (433) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Marin Leader.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by a ratio of 283-to-237. In the 65 and over age range, there were 310 females and 185 males.
