Of the 600 people living in Stinson Beach CDP in 2019, 50 percent (300) were women and 50 percent (300) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Marin Leader.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 178-to-135. In the 65 and over age range, there were 160 females and 108 males.
