On Tuesday, Feb. 18, former San Rafael High School standout Hayden Hattenbach’s current college team, the UC Santa Barbara Gauchos, lost 5-1 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Saint Mary’s Gaels.

The game took place at Caesar Uyesaka Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Gaels this season.

The Gauchos’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 21 at 1 p.m. at Tony Gwynn Stadium against Seattle Redhawks.
