On Friday, Feb. 14, former Marin Catholic High School standout Carl Schmidt’s current college team, the California Golden Bears, won 14-1 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Nevada Wolf Pack.

The game took place at Evans Diamond at Stu Gordon Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Wolf Pack this season.

The Golden Bears’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 15 at 2 p.m. at Evans Diamond at Stu Gordon Stadium against Nevada Wolf Pack.
