On Friday, April 4, former Marin Catholic High School standout Carl Schmidt’s current college team, the California Golden Bears, lost 6-4 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Clemson Tigers.

The game took place at Evans Diamond at Stu Gordon Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Tigers this season.

The Golden Bears’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 5 at 2 p.m. at Evans Diamond at Stu Gordon Stadium against Clemson Tigers.
