On Friday, Feb. 28, former Marin Catholic High School standout Van Larson’s current college team, the Long Beach State Beach, won 6-3 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Michigan Wolverines.

The game took place at Bohl Diamond at Blair Field. This was their first matchup against the Wolverines this season.

The Beach’s next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 1 at 6 p.m. at Bohl Diamond at Blair Field against Michigan Wolverines.
