Marin Catholic High School standout Gavin Simurdiak’s collegiate team wins game in the NCAA Division III Baseball Championship on Friday, May 23

On Friday, May 23, former Marin Catholic High School standout Gavin Simurdiak’s current collegiate team the Johns Hopkins Blue Jays won 7-4 against the Case Western Reserve Spartans in the NCAA Division III Baseball Championship.

The game took place at Babb Field at Stromberg Stadium at 12 p.m. and was the first matchup against the Case Western Reserve Spartans in the tournament.

The Johns Hopkins Blue Jays’ next game will take place on Saturday, May 24 at 11 a.m. at Babb Field at Stromberg Stadium.
